1. Membership
1.1. Membership of Teaching PowerUps is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of activation.
1.2. Membership will automatically renew for a further 12-month period unless it is cancelled prior to the renewal date.
1.3. Membership may be cancelled within the first 7 days of activation without incurring any charge. After this period, the membership fee is non-refundable.
1.4. Membership is granted per establishment (e.g., a school or college) and permits access to all staff employed within that establishment.
1.5. Only staff directly employed by the subscribing establishment may make use of the membership. Under no circumstances may the membership be used by staff from other establishments or by individuals not employed by the subscribing institution.
2. Use of Content
2.1. All content provided on the Teaching PowerUps website is the intellectual property of Next Level Educational Limited and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
2.2. Content may only be used by staff within the subscribing establishment for internal educational purposes.
2.3. Under no circumstances may any content be shared, distributed, reproduced, or adapted for use by individuals or organisations outside the subscribing establishment.
3. Data Protection and Privacy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, as set out below.
4. Data Security
Teaching PowerUps takes reasonable steps to protect the security and confidentiality of your personal data. However, no system is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee the complete security of your information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
5. Liability
Teaching PowerUps and Next Level Educational Limited shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or disruption arising from the use or inability to use the website, including but not limited to errors, omissions, or downtime.
